I led the development and execution of that vision.At the Coalition for Elevator Reform, we needed to catalyze a movement to demonstrate there is a broad constituency in support of building code reform. I create the vision, strategy and formation of that coalition.These did not happen because the idea was good. It happened because we aligned social, political, and financial capital to make them happen.

Public–Private Alignment: Structure partnerships across cities, CDFIs, philanthropic capital, and developers to move projects forward.
Policy to Delivery: Interpret local, state and federal regulations and turn them into actionable development strategy.
Execution & Operating Design: Build the systems, team structures, and operating rhythms that allow projects to move from concept to reality.
